Historian is free to use software developed by a UK Consultant Psychiatrist which allows users to record a comprehensive psychiatric history and mental state.
The software generates a psychiatric history in a traditional format and allows health professionals to then generate an automated risk analysis and likely diagnoses for further consideration and advice. Historian is freely available on the AppStore and Google PlayStore.
